中医学“未病”概念的探讨

Exploration on the concept of disease before onset in TCM

依据中医典籍相关论述和临床实际,认为"未病"作为一种人体特殊的健康状态是指"体内已有病因存在但尚未致病的人体状态",即疾病前期;结合实际,未病又扩展包括了疾病复发前期、康复期、"既病防变"期,称为特殊未病状态。未病的成因为内在的体质异常或/和外来的邪气伏藏体内,而均以体质异常(含体质性邪气,如素体湿盛)为内在基础。故体质检测、分类诊断、干预措施是未病诊治,疾病各级预防的必备手段。人体健康时不属于"未病"状态,但仍有必要防病,故"治未病"比人体"未病"状态所对应的范围更广,包含了流行性疾病的防治。现代医学的"亚健康"属于疾病状态,不是"未病"。

The article thought that disease before onset was a special health state considered on the TCM ancient books and records and the clinical practices. It was the prophase of a disease that belongs to internal disease but not pathogenic state. The disease before onset included the stage before recurrence of a disease, convalescence stage and prevention of disease. The cause of a disease was internal constitution abnormity and external evil factor affecting health storing. So the constitution determination, classify diagnosis and intervention study was necessary methods on the prevention of a disease before onset. It included the prevention and treatment of epidemical disease. But sub-health of modem medicine belongs to a disease state but disease before onset.
