高效液相色谱法测定坤净阴道泡腾片中呋喃唑酮含量

Content determination of furazolidone in Kunjing vaginal effervescent tablets by HPLC method

[目的]建立坤净阴道泡腾片中呋喃唑酮的含量测定方法。[方法]采用SinoChromODS-BPC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5!m),流动相为甲醇-水(40∶60);流速1mL/min,检测波长354nm。[结果]呋喃唑酮的平均回收率为100.80%,峰面积(RSD)=0.58%。[结论]所建立的方法简便、准确,可作为坤净阴道泡腾片的质量控制方法。

[Objective] To establish a HPLC method for determination of Furazolidone content in effective parts of Kunjing Vaginal Effervescent Tablets. [Methods] Using ODS C18 column （4.6 min×250 mm, 5μm） of Dalian Elite, the mobile phase was a mixture of Methol-Water （40：60）. The flow was 1.0 mL/min, the wavelength was 354 nm. [Results] The average recovery of Furazolidone was 100.80%, and RSD was 0.58%. [Conclusion] The method was simple, accurate and can be used to control the quality of Kunjing vaginal effervescent tablets.
