摘要
中国农村所实行的村民选举与自治制度中的民主性是国家、地方政府与村民三方相互作用的结果。本文对村民选举的背景进行了概述,分析现阶段我国农村村民选举中主要存在着选民热情不高、领导信用缺乏、两委关系紧张、家族势力介入等问题,并就这些问题给出了对策。
Villagers＇ election in the country of china and democracy in self-government system is the result of reciprocity among the nation, local government and villagers. This article summarizes the backdrop of villagers＇ election, and analyzes problems that vil- lagers lack ardor, leaders lack credit and the relation between the two village committees is intense and family force intervene election. The article brings forward countemaeasures about these problems.
