试论新形势下中央与地方共建高校的服务面向定位——兼论长春理工大学的服务面向选择

Discussion on Co-constructing Universities by the Central and Local Gov-ernment to the Service-oriented Position in the New Situation——the Service-oriented Choice by Changchun University of Science and Technology

结合长春理工大学实施委省共建以来,在调整服务面向、切实做好两服务方面的探索和实践,以实例阐明了中央与地方共建高校面对管理体制的变化,应正确定位,努力探索服务地方与服务行业的着力点和结合点,切实提高服务地方与服务行业的能力,以服务求支持,促进自身更快更好地发展。

This paper focuses on the exploration and practice on the adjustment of service-oriented and two＇services since Chan-gchun University of Science and Technology has been co-constructed by Jilin Province and National Defense Science and Industry Committee. It sets out examples to state that facing the changes of management system, the university co-constructed by the central and local governments should correct positioning to explore the focus and the integration point of serving the local and the industry, to improve the services ability to seek support, and to promote faster and better development.
