On Carrying on the Importance of Chinese Traditional Cultural Education for Contemporary University Students

中国传统文化是拥有五千年文明历史的古老国家的灵魂所在,它铸造中华民族的国民性以及中华儿女的民族魂,在中华民族历经磨难仍自立于世界民族之林的过程中,发挥了巨大的作用。大学生的传统文化教育还缺乏经常化、制度化,缺乏有意识的系统的引导。因此对当代大学生进行中国传统文化教育具有着迫切性与无可回避的重要性。包括:自强不息的奋斗精神;勤劳俭朴艰苦奋斗的谋生精神;强烈的群体意识;重视人格理想和追求人格的完善。

Chinese traditional culture is our soul of the old country with civilized history of 5,000 years, it is casting the national character and national soul of Chinese sons and daughters of Chinese nation, during the process of going through all kinds of hardships and difficulties to still support oneself in the national forest of the world in Chinese nation, it have played an enormous role. Traditional cultural education for university students still lack a regular practice, institutionalized scarcely at present, and lack the guide of the con- scious system. Therefore, China traditional cultural education has urgency and importance that can＇t be avoided for contemporary university student.
