Comprehensive treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors

摘要 胃肠管间质瘤为一种胃肠管最常见的原发性间质细胞肿瘤,具有偶发性及无症状性的特点。外科治疗仍是无转移胃肠管间质瘤的首选治疗,但术后复发率较高。针对肿瘤的分子生物学特点,通过联合分子靶向药物的治疗,能够改善该病的预后。 Gastrointestinal stromal tumours(GISTs)are the most common primary mesenchymal tumours of the gastrointestinal tract and the disease is occasional and asymptomatic. Though the high rate of recurrence after surgery, operation remains the firstline treatment of the GIST without metabasis. With the consideration the molecular biology of tumor, the treatment including surgery and molecular targeted therapy can improve the prognosis of GISTs.
