摘要 天广直流输电系统逆变侧广州换流站极1电压分压器的光电传感器曾发生故障且至今原因不明,很可能再次故障,这对极控系统内判据仅采用电压量的换流器开路保护I段影响最大,而且其动作时间极快、对整个电网造成的后果也最恶劣。对此,本文基于换流器开路保护的原理,结合在RTDS实时仿真系统上对天广直流输电系统发生各种断线故障的仿真结果,总结了逆变侧换流器开路保护的保护范围,在此基础上对逆变侧换流器开路保护I段提出了改进措施,并论证这种改进不但不会影响保护的原有功能,还可以有效地提高系统可靠性。 There were faults in the sensors corresponded to DC voltage divider of pole l in Tian-Guang HVDC transmission project, and the similar case could happen again as the real cause of the faults has not been discovered up to the present, and thus result in great trouble to the whole grid because the faults impact seriously the open converter protection level I in master pole control system at the inverter side with only criterion of DC voltage, and make it act quickly. This paper discusses the functions of the open converter protection both in theory and in the way of employing the simulation result of open DC line faults of Tian-Guang HVDC system through RTDS, supposing measures to enhance the open converter protection level I, and arguing that the measures cause no matter to the original functions of the protection level, but increase the reliability of the system.
