分支水平井钻井技术在沈阳采油厂边台区块的应用 被引量:3

摘要 2007年以来,沈阳采油厂根据新的地质认识成果,为确保油田高速高效开发,在边台区块应用分支水平井钻井技术,提高中深油层油藏单井产能和采收率,整体部署了一批水平井。通过一年多8口水平井的施工,在分支井眼钻头和参数优化、井身轨迹控制、筛管完井、复杂情况预防、套管防磨等方面做了大量工作,钻井速度和技术不断提高,积累了一定的经验。文章是对一年多来水平井施工的技术总结和体会。 In order to ensure high-speed and high-efficiency development and according to the new knowledge of geology since 2007 in Shenyang oilfield, Shenyang Oil Production Plant has used multilateral horizontal drilling technologies to improve per-well productivity and recovery ratio in middle & deep reservoirs in Block Biantai. By means of more than one year construction in 8 horizontal wells, large quantity work was done, such as the optimization of branch hole bits and related parameters, wellbore trajectory control, liner completion, prevention of complicated conditions and casing wear etc., drilling speed and drilling techniques have been continuously improved, also, certain experience has been accumulated.
