摘要
目前,在新民采油厂注水系统中,有很多针对注水系统节能降耗的措施和方法,但是这些措施和方法大部分由于施工量大、投资高、见效低而没有被引进实施。新民采油厂通过10多年的发展,在注水系统上也应用了不少节能降耗的措施和方法,但该采油厂注水系统还是存在着注水系统效率偏低、注水单耗较高、完不成配注等现象。2006年在新民采油厂开展了注水系统数字化仿真运行优化研究,在研究的结果上提出了一些简单易行的改造方案。通过现场的实验证明了这些方案都是实施容易、效果明显。为今后在吉林油田所有的注水系统开展数字化仿真运行优化研究打开了良好局面。
At present, a lot of measures have been used for energy saving in the waterflood systems in Xinming oil production factory, but most of them haven't been imported to be used because of large construction capacity, high investment and low effect. Through the development of more than 10 years, Xinming oil production factory has taken a lot of measures for energy saving, but this factory also has some problems, such as low effect of waterflood system, high energy consumption of water injection and hardly accomplishment injection allocation. In 2006, we developed digital emulational research of waterflood system in Xinming oil production factory, after a series of researches, some simple and feasible reconstructing projects have been proposed. Through on site testing, it was proved that all these projects have the advantages of easy implement and obvious effects. These achievements make a good foreground for the applications of digital emulational operation for Jilin Oil field's waterflood system in the future.
