摘要
文章选择了几种不同的单体进行聚合反应,得到了两种三元聚合物,并分别和EVA进行复配。依次考察了两种复配型降凝剂在不同加剂量和不同温度下对前南原油的降凝效果。实验结果表明:在加剂温度为70℃时,AMS-EVA复配降凝剂的最佳加剂量为0.03%,可使前南原油凝点降低9℃;AVS-EVA复配降凝剂的最佳加剂量为0.1%,可使前南原油凝点降低10℃。这两种复配型降凝剂均可以降低前南原油的黏度,改善其低温流变性。
Two kinds of polymer were synthesized in this paper, which were polymerized with different monomers, and then compounded with EVA. We evaluated the effect of this two types of PPD at different temperature and dosage for qiannan crude oil.The results of experiments show that, when the mass fraction of AMS-EVA is 0.03% at 70℃, the pour point of qiannan crude oil is reduced by 9℃; the pour point is decreased by 10℃ when the AVS-EVA is added at use level of 0.1%. The two types of PPD could also reduce the viscosity of qiannan crude oil and improve the rheological properties at low temperature.
