摘要
通过用5%~10%的1/3焦煤替代5%~10%的肥煤用20kg试验焦炉炼焦试验,分析试验结果得出如下结论:替代后焦炭的抗碎强度提高而焦炭的耐磨强度变差;配合煤细度和配煤工艺是影响焦炭质量的主要因素;替代试验可以进一步在生产焦炉上进行试验。
By replacing 5%-10% fat coal with 1/3 coking coal in 20 kg coke oven, the coking experiment conclusions as follows are discussed. By replacing a certain ratio fat coal with 1/3 coking coal, the shatter strength of coke are improved, but the wearable strength of coke are debased. The granularity of blending coal and blending technology are the main factors that influence the quality of coke. The further experiment can be conducted in production oven.
