摘要
通过实验研究水酶法提取酸浆籽油的工艺条件。研究结果表明,当酸浆籽与水的质量比为1∶5,混合酶(纤维素酶和果胶酶按1∶0.6的比例混合)添加量2%,酶解时间6h,水解温度45℃,pH在4.5~5.0,3200r/min的离心机离心30min,溶剂∶酸浆籽粕(v/w)=(0.8~1),提取率可达96.0%。提取的油脂更易于精炼,营养成分保存率高,品质好。
Extraction technology condition of groundcherry seed oil by aqueous/enzymatic method was optimized in this paper. Under this extraction condition that the dilution ratio was 1:5, the concentration of mix fibrinase-pectinase (1:0.6) enzyme 2%, enzymatic hydrolysis time 6 hours, temperature 45 ℃, centrifugal separation time 30 min on 3200 r/min and the solvent ratio (0.8-1), the yield of extraction 96.0% could be attained. The extracted groundcherry seed oil was easier to be refined and had good quality with high rate nutrients preserving.
