维生素C磷酸酯钠的合成及分析方法 被引量:2

摘要 采用基团保护法以Vc和POCl3为原料合成维生素C磷酸酯钠。磷酸化反应是合成的关键步骤,建立了磷酸化反应的高效液相色谱分析方法。 Sodium L-ascorbate acid-2-phosphate (APS) was synthesized by group protection method from raw material of vitamin C and POCl3. Phosphorylation reaction was the committed step in the synthesis process of APS. The HPLC analysis of L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate in the phosphorylation reaction mixture was studied.
