摘要
测定β-谷甾醇和豆甾醇在环己酮中的溶解度,利用β-谷甾醇和豆甾醇在环己酮中的溶解度随温度变化的差异,分别用重结晶法提纯β-谷甾醇和豆甾醇,并对豆甾醇的结晶条件(料液比、结晶温度和养晶时间)进行优化。实验结果表明:经过4次结晶操作,β-谷甾醇的纯度可达到90%;豆甾醇结晶过程中采用料液比(混合植物甾醇与环己酮的比,g/mL)为1∶3.3、结晶温度25℃、养晶5h的条件下,经5次结晶豆甾醇的纯度达到96%。
The solubility of β-sitosterol and stigmasterol in cyclohexanone at different temperatures were determined. β-sitosterol and stigmasterol were separated and purified from soybean phytosterol using crystallization based on the difference of variation of the solubilities of stigmasterol and β-sitosterol with temperature changing. The experimental results show that the purity of β-sitosterol is about 90% after the fourth fractional crystallization in cyclohexanene. Some parameters (ratio of material to liquid, crystallization temperature, and ripening time) were optimized for cystallization of stigmasterol as the follows: ratio of material to liquid was1:3.3, crystallization temperature was 25 ℃ and ripening time was 5 h. With above conditions, the purity of stigmasterol is about 96% after the fifth fractional crystallization in cyclohexanene.
