摘要
引入光谱峰面积技术,在邻二氮菲光度法测定金属元素含量的基础上,对微量铁进行定量测定分析研究。本方法灵敏度较高、干扰较少、稳定性好,用于食品中微量铁的测定,避免了有关离子的干扰,提高了准确度。对于面粉、奶粉和肝等食品样品进行分析测定,结果令人满意。该方法检出限为0.076μg/mL,线性范围为0.45~520μg/mL,样品回收率很高。
In order to mensurate the certain amount of iron, it's applied the spectrum-kurtosis technic on the basis of using orthophenanthroline spectroscopy, This method can avoid to be disturbed by other ions and raise the accuracy, I have applied this method to analyse the sample of powdered milk, flour, liver etc,, the process and result is satisfactory.
