农村公共品供给农民满意度及其影响因素分析

The Analysis of Farmers's Satisfaction Index to Rural Public Goods Supply and It's Influencing Factors

本文采用湖南省126个乡(镇)农户对农村公共品供给"满意度"评价(CSI)抽样调查数据,运用CSI-Probit回归模型对农户的农村公共品供给"满意度"及其影响因素进行了实证分析。本文认为,CSI值处于同一类型的市(州),其影响因素表现出明显的共性特征。总体而言,CSI的主要影响来自农民受教育年限、医疗可及性、农民收入水平、农户有效灌溉面积率、农户距乡镇政府距离、农林技术站服务次数以及被调查者年龄等因素。

Using CSI-Probit regression model, this article maks a positive analysis of Influencing factors of farmers＇s estimate to rural public goods supply with 126 township＇s ＂ satisfaction＂ evaluation （CSI） sample survey data. The article holds that the value of CSI at the same type of city （prefecture） and its impact factors show obvious common features. Overall CSI＇s main impact factors are as follows the education received by farmers, and health care, income level of farmers, farmers effective irrigation area ratio, farmers factors are as follows： the distance of township government, agro-forestry technical service station and the number of respondents age and other factors.
