46，XY性腺发育不良患者经赠卵体外受精-胚胎移植获妊娠分娩一例报告及文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 46，XY性腺发育不良是性反转综合征的一种类型，患者遗传背景为46，XY男性型，在胚胎发育早期因生殖系统未能向男性型方向发展或发育不良，而具备了外阴、阴道、子宫等女性生殖系统器官，因此社会性别常为女性。46，XY性腺发育不良患者因性腺发育不良，无卵泡发育，故不能自然妊娠。本文对浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院1例经赠卵体外受精一胚胎移植（IVF-ET）获得妊娠及分娩的46，XY性腺发育不良患者的临床资料进行报道，并结合相关文献进行复习。
