宫内输血治疗Rh血型不合胎儿溶血病一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者37岁，孕6产3。因停经27周^＋2，B超发现胎儿腹水2周于2007年5月25日入院。1995年孕3个月时发生自然流产，输Rh（＋）血200ml；1996年孕足月顺产一活婴，3d后因“重度黄疸”死亡；1997年早产一死婴；1998年孕8个月时因胎儿水肿引产1次；2003年自然流产1次。入院后查孕妇血型B型，Rh（-），其丈夫血型AB型，Rh（＋）。孕妇血间接抗人球蛋白试验阳性，抗D抗体滴度1：128，
