权利:社会公平的“阿基米德点”

Rights:the "Point of Archimedes" for Social Justice

社会公平问题已经成为当代中国社会普遍关注的话题,也是一个重大的时代课题。近年来,法学界从不同角度给予了足够的关注。从权利角度审视社会公平问题是最佳点,权力运行中的公平问题、个体利益与集体利益的平衡问题、过程公平与结果公平关系问题、代际公平等问题,无不与权利休戚相关。应该说,权利是社会公平的"阿基米德点"。

An important issue of the contemporary China, social justice has been paid close attention to. In recent years, the legal professionals have also approached it from various perspectives. The author of the present paper believes that ＂rights＂ is best point of view to study social justice from, for what people care most are almost all related to rights. In a word, rights are the point of Archimedes for social justice.
