随着我国民主与法制建设的不断迈进,法制新闻报道愈来愈成为各类新闻媒体的重头戏,更是广大受众爱看、爱读、爱听的重要内容。与此同时,法制新闻报道中的舆论监督与司法独立之间的矛盾以及新闻审判、法制新闻娱乐化等现象也越来越突出。因此,有必要在对这类现象的特点及争议性展开分析的基础上,就法制新闻报道如何既充分实现舆论监督,又严格尊重司法尊严、实现新闻报道与司法工作之间的平衡进行深入剖析,从而显示出法制新闻报道在实际操作中应当注意的方向。

With the development of China＇s construction of democracy and legal system, reports of legal news are becoming increasingly popular with the media, audience and readers. Meanwhile there appear sharper conflicts between media supervision and independence of judicature, and reports on trials and legal news are becoming more entertaining. Therefore, there is the necessity, based on the analysis of the characteristics of relevant pher^omena, to deeply analyze how reports of legal news can realize the responsibility of media supervision and on the other hand respect judicial dignity so as to seek the balance between reports and judicature. This will guide reports on legal news in their future practice.
