气浮-接触氧化工艺处理造纸废水工程设计

摘要 针对河南某纸业公司产生的造纸废水,在原有处理工艺出水不达标的情况下,对原有工艺进行了改造。预处理采用气浮分离技术,生物处理采用接触氧化工艺,设计了气浮-接触氧化工艺流程及各构筑物参数。实际运行结果表明:改造后系统运行稳定,出水水质CODC r<100mg/L,BOD5<60 mg/L,SS<100 mg/L,达到《造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 3544-2001)相应要求。 Waste water from a company of paper- making in Henan Province, the effluent quality from the original system can not reached the demand of standard and must be reconstructed. Now, in the stage of the pretreatment,the air floatation technology was adopted, and the contact oxidation method was used in the stage of biochemical treatment. The program and designing parameters of the air floatation - contact oxidation process for treatment of waste water from paper - making. The practice shows that the system has the virtue of stable working and the effluent quality from system has reached the demand in the national discharge standard of pollutants from paper- making wastewater( GB 3544 -2001 ) :CODc, 〈 100mg/L, BOD5 〈60 mg/L,SS 〈 100 mg/L.
