睾丸表皮样囊肿超声图象特征与病理学检查的关系(附3例报告) 被引量：5

摘要 病例1 22岁，体检发现左侧睾丸下极可触及到的肿块伴疼痛。患者否认有外伤史，实验室检查甲胎球蛋白及肿瘤标记物呈阴性，超声检查：用高频线阵探头，频率7MHz，左侧睾丸声像图显示睾丸内低回声团块，伴清晰的卢晕，肿块大小为1.8cm×1．5cm×1．5cm，无钙化征（见图1）。患者行睾丸表皮样囊肿切除术，标本送病检．结果显示为边界清晰的表皮样囊肿伴微小钙化灶（见图2）。
