摘要
从管理思想的转变、基于超图的过程信息流分析和基于信息技术的过程结构优化三个方面提出了企业过程优化的六条规则，从而为企业过程的再设计提供了指导和方法。
In this paper, six rules for business process optimization in the respects of the change ofmanagement concept, the hypergraph-based analysis of process information flow and the information technology-based optimization of process structure are presented, which are taken as theguidance and methods for business process redesign.
