精子膜避孕疫苗的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 睾丸产生的精子是不成熟精子,缺乏运动和授精能力。附睾是精子成熟的场所,精子表面存在的大量蛋白必须在附睾中进一步修饰、折叠,发生必要的结构变化,才能使精子适应女性生殖道内复杂的生理变化,获得运动和受精能力,达到功能上的成熟。某些精子表面蛋白的功能缺陷将会影响精子的正常成熟和获能过程,导致男性不育。在研究免疫机制造成的不孕不育症过程中,
