温针配合康复训练对髌骨软化症疼痛的临床研究

Clinical Effect of Treeting the Pain from Chondromalacia Patellae with A cupuncture with Warmed Needle Conbain with Rehabilitation Practise

目的:采用随机对照方法观察温针配合康复训练对缓解髌骨软化症疼痛及症状的临床研究。方法:将92例患者随机分为治疗组47例(予温针配合康复训练)、对照组45例(予药物配合康复训练),两组均治疗20次后观察疼痛症状改善情况并随访。结果:治疗组疼痛评分改善较对照组明显(P<0.01),起效时间较对照组更快(P<0.01),临床症状缓解更明显,缓解疼痛作用持续时间更长。结论:温针配合康复训练对缓解髌骨软化症疼痛及症状较药物配合康复训练疗效更佳。

Object： This trial was designed to observe the clinical effect of treating the pain from Chondromalacia Patellae with acupuncture with warmed needle conbain with rehabilitation practise. Method ： 92 cases were involved in this trial and divided randomly into the treatment group （47 cases ） and the control group （45 cases） . After 20 treatments their results were evaluated. Result： The treatment group has a much better elavation on the pain symptom （ P 〈 0.01 ）, get the better results with less time and consist it in longer iime than the contrast group （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion： Acupuncture with warmed needle conbain with rehabilitation practise has a better improvement on pain symptoms score.
