摘要
叙述了国内外硫酸法生产钛白粉所产生的废硫酸(钛白废酸)的处理技术的基本情况及最新的技术进展。阐述了从欧洲引进的钛白废酸处理技术存在不足的原因。分析了中国开发的钛白废酸处理技术引起换热器结垢、热能利用率低、不能连续运行的问题。根据作者近年所从事的钛白废酸处理技术的研究,提出了钛白废酸回收利用的发展方向。
Basic situation and latest technical progress of spent acid treatment in manufacturing titanium dioxide by sulfate process were stated. The reasons for the deficiencies of titanium dioxide spent acid treatment techniques introduced from Europe were summarized. The problems of self- developed treatment techniques for titanium dioxide spent acid in China, such as scaling of heat exchange system,low- energy use and bad continuous running were also analyzed. At the same time, the author introduced his research works and technical improvement on spent acid treatment in recent years and put forward the development direction of titanium dioxide spent acid recoverv.
