高纯氧化镁-元明粉联产新工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以硫氢化钠与运城盐湖的高镁卤水为原料,制取高纯氧化镁,并副产无水硫酸钠,为运城盐湖资源的综合利用提供了新思路。工艺条件:硫氢化钠过量2%;镁离子质量浓度25g/L;硫氢化钠质量浓度350g/L;反应温度80~90℃;搅拌转速50r/min;加料速度20L/min;反应时间1h;洗水量为氧化镁质量的60倍。生产的高纯氧化镁纯度达98%以上;反应后的母液经过蒸发,所得无水硫酸钠纯度可达99%。每30t高镁卤水可生产1t高纯氧化镁,副产元明粉10.87t。 In this article, high - purity magnesium oxide was prepared with sodium hydrosulfide and high - Mg brine from Yuncheng salt lake as raw materials. As the by - product the anhydrous sodium sulfate was obtained at the same time. This technique provided a new method for the comprehensive utilization of Yuncheng salt lake resources. The process conditions were : sodium hydrosulfide in excess of 2% ; concentration of Mg^2+ was 25 g/L; concentration of NariS was 350 g/L; reaction temperature was 80~90 ℃; stirring speed was 50 r/min ; feeding speed was 20 L/min ; reaction time was 1 h ; the quantity of washing water was 60 times of the weight of MgO. The produced high - purity MgO can reach more than 98% inpurity. After reaction,the mother liquid was vaporized and the purity of obtained anhydrous sodium sulfate can be up to 99%. To produce 1 t magnesium oxide will consume 30 t high - Mg brine and obtain anhydrous sodium sulfate 10.87 t.
