摘要 铬渣中的六价铬具有强氧化性,水溶性六价铬对环境的污染和危害更大。铬渣的无害化处理被认为是铬盐行业健康发展的瓶颈问题。石家庄市亚富化工有限公司和济南裕兴化工厂合作,找到了3条行之有效的铬渣处理及利用的好方法,即水泥固化法、铬渣作燃煤固硫剂法、铬渣作沼气脱硫剂法。该3种方法把铬盐厂的铬渣解毒和利用一体化,找到了真正经济、有效、实用的技术,从资源化角度来应用铬渣,实现了含铬废弃物的综合治理。用理论和实践阐述了3种方法的可行性。 The Cr^6+ ions contained in the chromium residue have high oxidation ability and the soluble Cr^6+ can damage the environment greatly. The innocent treatment of chromium residue was considered as the bottleneck problem of healthy development of chromium salt industry. Cooperated with Ji'nan Yuxing General Chemical Plant, Shijiazhuang Yafu Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. has found three good methods to dispose and reuse chromium residue effectively, i. e. cement solidification method, chromium residue as sulfur fixing agent of coal combustion'method and chromium residue as desulfurizer of marsh gas' method. These three methods integrated the detoxification and utilization of chromium residue in chromium salt works, which provided real economical, effective and pragmatic technologies. Furthermore, the comprehensive treatment of chromium residue has been realized owe to the application of chromium residue from the perspective of resource recovery. The work also proved the feasibility of the three methods in theory and practice.
