摘要
基于案例的视角,本文对现实中企业市场化的成功做法进行了归纳和分析。"把流程做成市场"、"把部门做成公司"、"把部门做成市场"构建了部门市场化的理论体系;"把员工做成市场"、"把员工做成公司"、"把员工做成经理"则构建了员工市场化的理论体系。以部门市场化和员工市场化为基础,本文构筑出了一整套全新的企业市场化研究范式。
Based on the case perspective, this article summarizes and analyzes some actual cases of successful marketization of enterprise. "Making process become market", "making department become firm" and "making department become market" altogether construct the framework of marketization of department; "Making individual become market", "making individual become firm" and "making individual become manager" altogether construct the framework of marketization of individual. Based on the two aspects above, this article constructs a complete set of bran-new research paradigm in the field of marketization of enterprise.
