摘要
文章以南京市为例,在描述外来农民工劳动权益现状的基础上,采用相关的微观计量经济学方法,从劳动合同的签订、工资是否拖欠、劳动安全的状况及日工作时间的长短4个方面对农民工劳动权益的影响因素进行了实证研究。结果发现,人力资本状况与农民工的劳动权益之间存在着显著的正相关关系;农民工的个体特征、就业的行业和单位的所有制性质,对于劳动权益状况具有一定的影响;但是工会会员身份、对相关法律法规的了解程度等制度性因素对农民工的劳动权益没有显著的影响。
The article describes the status of labor rights of migrant workers in Nanjing city,and empirically analyzes the factors impacting the labor rights of migrant workers in terms of labor contract signing,wage arrear,labor conditions and working hours.The findings are as follows:(1) the relationship between human capital and the labor rights of migrant workers is positively significant,(2) individual characteristics of migrant workers,industry employed and ownership have moderate impacts on the labor rights of migrant workers,and (3) union membership and regulations have no significantly positive impact on the labor rights of migrant workers.
