摘要
目的:测定百菌清在大青叶上的残留动态,确定百菌清在大青叶上的安全间隔期。方法:采用气相色谱电子捕获检测器测定百菌清在大青叶上的残留量。结果:百菌清三个浓度的回收率分别为88.41%、100.09%、85.28%。百菌清高、低浓度在大青叶上的降解符合双室降解模式,且高、低浓度百菌清在大青叶上的安全间隔期均为17天。结论:本方法具有选择性强,操作简便,灵敏度高等特点。
Authors studied pesticide daconil residues in Folium Isatidis in a dynamic manner. Daconil was separated directly by EQYUTY-1701 capillary column using GC chromatography with an ECD detector. Daconil recoveries at three different spiking levels were 88.41%, 100.09%, and 85.28% respectively. Daconil dynamics was described in a two-compartment model. Both low and high-level daconil in Folium Isatidis had a 17-day safety interval. It is concluded that the method is convenient, accurate, and specific.
