复方黄黛片治疗慢性粒细胞白血病前后舌微循环观察

Tongue Micro-Circulation Before and After the Treatment of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia with Compound Realgar and Qingdai Tablets

应用WX-6型多部位微循环显微仪进行舌微循环观察。对舌乳头状态、微血管形态、血流状态、微血管周围状态,综合定量评价分为五度:即正常(加权积分值≤2.0)、大致正常(加权积分值>2.0)、轻度改变(加权积分值>4.0)、中度改变(加权积分值>6.0)、重度改变(加权积分值≥8.0)。临床分析45例慢性粒细胞白血病。服用复方黄黛片前、一个月后、两个月后舌微循环状态。结果示用药前舌乳头增大,上皮层变薄,微血管管袢多,管径扩张。加权积分总值8.06±3.89,微循环障碍重。用药后一个月加权积分总值7.61±3.80,用药后两个月舌菌状乳头大小正常或偏小,丝状乳头增多,上皮层增厚,可见外层水肿现象。微血管较初治患者明显减少,仍有管径增宽,边缘模糊不清。加权积分值6.37±2.73,微循环障碍减轻。证明复方黄黛片对舌微循环有一定影响。

Patients were observed of their tongue micro-circulations using multi-site microscopic LAU type WX-6. According to the tongue-nipple state, microvascular morphology, blood flow, and microvascular state of adjacent areas, the quantitative evaluation is rated in five degrees： degree Ⅰ, a normal degree, has a weighted integral value below 2.0; degree Ⅱ is approaching normal with a weighted integral value above 2.0; degree Ⅲ is a slightly changed state with a value above 4.0; degree Ⅳ is an intermediately changed state with a value exceeding 6.0; and degree Ⅴ is a severely changed state with a value above 8.0. We observed 45 CML patients＇ micro-circulation state of tongue, before they took realgar and qingdai tablets for one and two months respectively. Study results show that before taking realgar and qingdai tablets, patients had an enlarged tongue nipple, with a thinned cortex, increased multi-loop capillary tubes, and expanded diameter, which induced a serious microcirculation obstacle with a weighted integral value at 8.06±3.89. One month after the treatment, the weighted integral value dropped down to 7.61±3.80. Two months after the treatment, the tongue-bacteria-papillae nipples were changed to normal or became smaller, with increased filamentous nipples, and thicker/swelled outer edema. Microvessels were significantly reduced in number, compared with the one before the treatment, though still with an expanded diameter and undefined edges. The weighted integral value is 6.37± 2.73. Microcirculation obstacles have been reduced to some extent. The results show that realgar and qingdai tablets have produced a positive effect on tongue microcirculation.
