试论我国基础教育确立全人教育观的必要性

On the Necessity of Setting up the View of Perfect Persons in Basic Education in China

全人教育是充分发展个人潜能以培养完整个体的教育理念与模式。全人,是真正全面发展的人、完善的人,是作为人的人而非作为工具的人、是完美的人而非残缺的人。改变我国基础教育现状,克服应试教育弊端,进一步推进素质教育,使学生全面发展,必须构建全人教育新理念。

The perfect person education is the education idea and the pattern, to fully develop individual＇s potential to cultivate comprehensive individuals . The perfect person is a true fully all-roundly developed person, an entire person. He is taken as a man, not a tool. He is an entire person,not an incomplete person, change the present situation of our besic education, overcomes the dixadvantages of education for examination,further carry on competence education and make the students all-roundly developde,we must construct the new idea of perfect persons.
