加味大承气汤保留灌肠对弥漫性腹膜炎术后血清白细胞介素-10水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察加味大承气汤灌肠对腹膜炎术后血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平的影响。方法:对86例患者随机分成两组,分别给予常规治疗及加用加味大承气汤保留灌肠,观察对比其血清白细胞介素-10水平变化。结果:中药组在灌肠后与对照组比较(从术后第2d起),其白细胞介素-10水平有明显差异(P值<0.05)。结论:大承气汤保留灌肠可使弥漫性腹膜炎术后血清白细胞介素-10水平明显升高。 Objeetive To detect the effect of retention enema with modified Dachengqi(大承气) decoction on serum interleukin-10 levels after operation of diffuse peritonitis. Methods Eighty-six patients were divided into two groups. The control group accepted the routine therapeutics, and the study group retention enema with Chinese herbal medicine modified Dachenqi decoction. The changes of serum levels of interleukin-10 were observed. Results Remarkable differences on serum levels of interleukin-10 between the two groups were detected( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Retention enema with modified Dachengqi decoction induces evident changes on sermn levels of interleukin-10 in patients with illness after ooeration for diffuse oeritonitis.
