Id-1和Cyclin D1在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:探讨Id-1、Cyclin D1在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学Elivision二步法检测80例乳腺浸润性导管癌、18例导管内癌、15例单纯性导管上皮增生及15例正常乳腺组织中Id-1和Cyclin D1蛋白的表达情况,并分析其临床病理意义。结果:在乳腺浸润性导管癌中Id-1和Cyclin D1阳性表达明显高于正常乳腺组织、单纯性导管上皮增生及导管内癌(P<0.05);Id-1蛋白阳性表达与浸润性导管癌TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05);Cyclin D1阳性表达与组织学分级正相关(P<0.05);Id-1与Cyclin D1阳性表达正相关(P<0.05)。Id-1和Cyclin D1同时阳性表达与生存期相关(P<0.05)。结论:Id-1和Cyclin D1在乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生、演变过程中起重要作用,联合检测Id-1和Cyclin D1可作为判断乳腺浸润性导管癌预后不良的指标。 Objective:To explore the significance of Id - land Cychn D1 proteins expressions in infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast. Methods: Elivision immunohistochemical technique was used to assess the expressions of Id- land Cyclin D1 proteins in 80 cases of infiltrating ductal carcinoma, 18 cases of ductal cancer in situ, 15 cases of ductal epithelial simple hyperplasia and 15 cases of normal tissues. The clinical pathological significance of Id - land Cyclin D1 expressions was evaluated. Results: The positive rates of Id - 1 and Cyclin D1 proteins in infiltrating ductal carcinoma were higher than those in normal tissues, simple ductal epithelial hyperplasia and ductal cancer in situ ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of Id - 1 protein in infiltrating ductal carcinoma was significantly correlated with the TNM staging and lymph node metastasis. Cyclin D1 protein was significantly correlated with histological grade(P 〈0.05). Meanwhile, the expression of Id - lalong with Cyclin D1 was related with survivals (P 〈0.05). Conclusion:Id- 1 and Cyclin D1 proteins may play important roles in the tumorigenesis of ductal cancer. Combined detection of Id - 1 and Cyclin D1 proteins may be useful for predicting the prognosis of infiltrating ductal cancer of breast.
