摘要 目的:观察KGF对离体培养的EEC生长和分泌CA125的影响。方法:体外培养增殖期EEC,加入不同浓度KGF作用后,MTT法检测OD值了解细胞生长情况,磁酶免法测定CA125分泌。结果:①不同浓度KGF对EEC的生长、分泌均有刺激作用,以50ng/ml作用最明显;②MTT法所测OD值与CA125浓度有显著的相关性。结论:KGF可促进体外培养的增殖期EEC生长和分泌,EEC分泌CA125的量与细胞生长有关。 Objective:To observe the effect of keratinocyte growth factor (KGF) on growth and CA125 secretion of cultured endometrial epithelial cells (EEC) in vitro. Methods: The EECs were separated and cultured with KGF of different concentration. The growth curves were protracted by MTT method. CA125 quantities were determined by MAIA. Results:KGF of different concentration can increase OD values and CA125 concentration of EECs significantly (P 〈0.05 ). OD values of EECs was correlative significantly with concentration of CA125 (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: KGF can enhance growth and CA125 secretion of cultured EECs. Concentration of CA125 is correlative significantly with growth of EECs.
