KGF对离体子宫内膜上皮细胞生长与分泌的影响

Effect of keratinocyte growth factor on growth and CA125 secretion of cultured endometrial epithelial cells in vitro

目的:观察KGF对离体培养的EEC生长和分泌CA125的影响。方法:体外培养增殖期EEC,加入不同浓度KGF作用后,MTT法检测OD值了解细胞生长情况,磁酶免法测定CA125分泌。结果:①不同浓度KGF对EEC的生长、分泌均有刺激作用,以50ng/ml作用最明显;②MTT法所测OD值与CA125浓度有显著的相关性。结论:KGF可促进体外培养的增殖期EEC生长和分泌,EEC分泌CA125的量与细胞生长有关。

Objective：To observe the effect of keratinocyte growth factor （KGF） on growth and CA125 secretion of cultured endometrial epithelial cells （EEC） in vitro. Methods： The EECs were separated and cultured with KGF of different concentration. The growth curves were protracted by MTT method. CA125 quantities were determined by MAIA. Results：KGF of different concentration can increase OD values and CA125 concentration of EECs significantly （P 〈0.05 ）. OD values of EECs was correlative significantly with concentration of CA125 （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： KGF can enhance growth and CA125 secretion of cultured EECs. Concentration of CA125 is correlative significantly with growth of EECs.
