摘要
目的通过手术建立动物模型,观察咬合力丧失对老年骨质疏松大鼠牙槽骨吸收的影响。方法40只3月龄雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为:假手术组(SO组)、应力缺失组(LS组)、去势组(OVX组)、去势+应力缺失组(OVX+LS组)。手术制备实验大鼠卵巢切除及一侧磨牙缺失动物模型。术后8周、12周测定大鼠血清中ALP、Ca、P含量及子宫重量系数变化;用双能X线吸收法(DEXA)测定颌骨密度。结果12周后,OVX组大鼠血清中ALP升高,牙槽骨密度降低,OVX+LS组牙槽骨骨密度降低明显。结论咬合力丧失明显加重老年骨质疏松大鼠的牙槽骨吸收。
Objective To explore the effects of bite force absence on alveolar bone absorption in osteoporosis rats by operation. Methods Forty three-month old Wistar rats were randomly divided into the sham operation group(SO), the loss of stress group (LS), the ovariectomized group (OVX), and the ovariectomized with loss of stress group (OVX + LS). Female castration and one side molar absence were prepared by operations. Levels of ALP, Ca and P of blood serum were determined at the 8th and 12th week after the operations, also the bone mineral density (BMD) was determined by the Dual-energy X-ray absorption method. Results ALP of blood serum was increased and the mandible mineral density was degraded in the OVX group, also the mandible mineral density was decreased more sign/ficant/y in the OVX + LS group after twelve weeks. Conclusion, Bite force absence aggravates alveolar bone absorotion in osteooorosis rats.
