正畸治疗中龈沟液天冬氨酸转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶水平的变化 被引量:2

Changes of the AST and ALP levels in gingival crevicular fluid during orthodontics treatment

摘要 目的探讨直丝弓正畸过程中龈沟液天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate transaminase,AST)、碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phos-phatase,ALP)水平的变化对衡量牙周组织健康状况的参考价值。方法选择使用直丝弓矫治器的青少年患者44名,治疗前及安装矫治器1、3个月后采集龈沟液,采用生化分析仪检测分析龈沟液中AST、ALP的水平变化,并检查牙龈指数(GI)。结果矫治1个月时AST、ALP水平比治疗前显著增高(P<0.05),3个月时AST、ALP酶水平趋于正常;1个月时GI比治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);3个月时GI比1个月时显著降低(P<0.05),但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论龈沟液AST、ALP可做为牙周组织炎性改变的重要衡量指标。 Objective To explore the effect of AST and ALP changes in gingival crevicular fluid for measurement of periodontal tissue health status during orthodontics therapy. Methods 44 teenager patients using a fixed appliance were enrolled in this study. Levels of AST and ALP in gingival erevieular fluid were determined by using biochemistry analysator before treatment, and one month and three months after treatment. Results Levels of AST and ALP significantly increased one month after treatment but became normal three months after treatment. Gingival indexes of 1 month also significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05), but they were not statistically different between the pre-treatment and the 3-month post-treatment period( P 〉 0.05). Conctusion AST and ALP can be used to measure periodontal tissues.
