一种新的测定新生隐球菌活力的染色方法

摘要建立方便、有效的检测新生隐球菌活力的方法,采用FUN1荧光染色剂染色后用共聚焦激光扫描显微镜观察,同时使用维生素K3增强的四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法进行活力测定对照。比较FUN1法和MTT法测定的结果,FUN1荧光染色共聚焦激光扫描显微镜测定新生隐球菌活力不失为一种敏感、快速的检测方法。
