伴随着高等教育规模扩张,大学毕业生就业形势不容乐观,其中最为突出的是高职院校毕业生就业问题。要实现高职院校毕业生的充分就业,即有业可就、有业畅就、有业能就和有业乐就,可以通过增加就业岗位、改善就业环境、培养就业能力与转变就业观念等路径实现。
