摘要
随着三峡水库蓄水,库区大量良田被淹没,导致土地资源与生态环境面临着严峻形势。在此背景下,库区在土地整理中实施了"移土培肥工程",创新了土地整理的理念和模式,具有重要的研究价值。在目前我国还没有形成一套成熟的"移土培肥"经验和工程设计可供参照的情况下,总结了这一土地整理模式所包括的工程设计,并以湖北省兴山县峡口镇为例,研究了其中所特有的取土、覆土培肥工程设计与关键的"坡改梯"工程设计,以期为三峡库区土地整理实践工作的进一步开展提供参考,同时,对我国土地开发整理实践中积极探索建设占用耕地耕作层剥离与利用方面,也能起到示范作用。
Land resource and ecologic environment will be in serious condition as a result that large areas of fertile land may be inundated after impounding of the Three Gorges Reservoir.To solve this problem,Soil Transfer and Muck Increase Project is being carried out which innovates the theory and model of the land consolidation.The paper summarizes the composing of the engineering designs and emphatically probes into the key engineering designs,including shifting soil to barren land and terracing of sloping fields by taking the land consolidation project in Xiakou,a town in Xingshan County,Hubei Province as an example.The study aims to provide reference for the further performance of the land consolidation in Three Gorges reservoir area and serves as a role model for the stripping and using of the topsoil of the occupied cultivated land due to construction in China.
