聊城市风沙区水土流失现状及防治对策

The Current Situation of Soil and Water Loss and Its Countermeasures in the Sand Area of Liaocheng City

水土流失已成为聊城市风沙区生态环境良性发展的制约因素。它不仅破坏土地资源、导致生态平衡失调,农业生态环境恶化,而且阻碍了风沙区经济发展和人民生活水平的提高。从自然条件和人为因素两个方面,探讨了聊城市风沙区水土流失产生的原因;分析了水土流失对土地资源、生态环境、经济发展等方面的影响。

Soil and water loss has become the key factors affecting the eco-environment in the sand area in Liaocheng city.Not only the land resources,the ecological balance and the agricultural eco-environment are destroyed by soil and water loss,but also the economic development and people＇s life are affected.The reason of soil and water loss was analyzed in this paper due to natural factors and human factors.The effects of soil and water loss on land resource,eco-environment,economic development were also analyzed and finally some strategies are pointed out to the soil and water conservation.
