简述了丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)的合成方法,包括化学合成法、辐射合成法和电化学合成法.介绍了BTCA整理条件的研究进展,包括无磷催化剂的研究、整理过程中添加剂三乙醇胺和柔软剂的作用.综述了BTCA整理在织物整理上的应用,包括在棉织物、丝绸、亚麻等面料上的应用(防皱、抗菌、舒适性等功能整理).并指出高附加值的多功能整理是未来的发展方向.
The syntheses methods of butanetetracarboxylic (BTCA) were reviewed, involving chemical synt- hesis, radiolysis and electro synthesis. The development of BTCA finish was introduced, such as nonphosphorus catalyst, the function of triethanolamine additive and softener during the finish. The application of BTCA on textile finish was reviewed, including application on cotton fabric, silk and linen, and durable press, antimicrobial and comfortable functional finish were involved in. At the same time, it was pointed out that high added-value multifunctional finish would be the developing trend in the future.
