摘要
探讨了两性型壳聚糖衍生物NAOC(通式为O-羧基-N-氨基)用于活性染料染色后净洗的应用性能,两性型壳聚糖衍生物NAOC作为活性染料净洗剂的较理想工艺条件为:NAOC质量浓度0.25 g/L,90℃于弱碱性(pH=9)条件下净洗15 min.与阴离子型壳聚糖衍生物N,O-CMCTS(羧甲基壳聚糖)进行对比试验结果表明:两性型壳聚糖衍生物能够有效地去除浮色,并且具有比阴离子型壳聚糖衍生物更高的净洗效率.
The application performance of amphoteric chitosan derivative NAOC (the general formula is O-c arboxyl, N-amino group) used as soaping agents for reactive dyeing was discussed. The optimum technics were: the concertaion of NAOC 0.25 g/L,washed off under weak alkaline condition (pH=9) at 90 ℃ for 15 min. Compa- red with anionic chitosan derivative N,O-CMCTS (carboxymethyl chitosan), amphoteric chitosan derivative could remove the loose color effectively and had higher soaping efficiency.
