钢铁材料表面成分及其深度分布的射频辉光放电光谱研究 被引量:16

摘要 利用射频辉光放电光谱仪逐层分析的特点,对钢铁表面分析的4个特殊实例进行了研究探讨。分析了镀锌板镀层中元素的组成,在质量分数-深度谱图中计算出镀锌板镀层中脆性相(γ相)的厚度;研究了镀锡板表面氧元素的深度分布,通过对比分析正常及缺陷镀锡板的辉光谱图,确定了试样表面暗黄色斑点产生的原因为镀锡层表面不够致密;建立了一种强度积分法直接对未校正元素进行半定量分析,并应用于硅钢涂层中镁元素的计算,相对标准偏差为2.41%;探讨了用能产生高能量离子的氖气作为工作气体,用于氟等难激发元素的分析测定的可行性研究,测定一种钢铁表面涂附的特氟隆涂层的厚度约为1.5μm,克服了基于氩气为工作气体的辉光光源在分析元素方面的局限性。 Four special cases in the analysis of steel's surface were studied and discussed by meand of radio frequency glow discharge optical emission spectrometry(RF-GDOES), which can analyze the sample's surface layer by layer. The composition of the elements in the coating of galvanized plate was analyzed, and the thickness of brittle phase (γphase) in the coating can be calculated in the profile of percentage composition-depth. The profile of oxygen in the tinplate's surface was studied, and the reason of defective surface with dark-yellow spots was confirmed as non-tight tin layer by comparing the profiles of normal and faulted tinplates. A method named intensity-integral were created and can be used to analyze the element directly and semi-quantitatively without calibration. The method had been used to calculate the content of the magnesium in the silicon steel coating with the relative standard deviation of 2.41%. The determination feasibility of hardly excited elements such as fluorine using Ar,which could generate high-energy ions as working gas was discussed,and the thickeness of teflon on a steel coating is 1.5μm. The limitation of the GD source using argon as working gas was overcorned.
