摘要
介绍了采用二安替比林甲烷光度法直接测定铝合金中钛含量的方法。试样经硝酸-氢氟酸快速分解,以硼酸中和过量氢氟酸,在1.2mol/L盐酸-1.8mol/L硫酸介质中显色,溶液中大量共存离子均不干扰测定。钛含量在0.40~10.0μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,线性回归方程为A=0.0106+0.365p(μg/25mL),r=0.9996。方法用于铝合金标准样品中钛的测定,结果与认定值吻合,相对标准偏差为2.5%~5.0%。
A method for the determination of titanium in aluminium alloy by diantipyrylmethane (DAPM) spectrophotometry was introduced. The sample was rapidly decomposed by HNO3 -HF, and the excessive HF was neutralized by H3BO3. The color reaction occured in the medium of 1.2 mol/ L HCl-1.8 mol/L H2SO4, and the coexisting ions did not interfere in the determination. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.40-10.0 μg/mL for Ti(Ⅳ), and the linear regression equation is A=0. 010 6+0. 365 p(μg/25 mL) ,the correlation coefficent is 0. 999 6. The proposed method was applied to the determination of Ti in aluminium alloy standard samples with the relative standard deviation of 2.5 %- 5.0%. The results are consistent with the certified values.
