摘要
软件构件技术是软件设计发展的主要方向,在许多领域得到广泛的应用。首先分析构件的定义以及构件的特点,在此基础上提出构件测评模型(SCTEM),最后利用这个模型对政务信息化平台中的CA认证模块进行构件化程度的评测。
Software component technology is the primary aspect of software design, and it has been used in many fields. Based on the analysis of the definition and characteristics of software component, a software component test and evaluation model（SCTEM） is presented. Finally, under the guide of this model, the CA module of the government affairs platform is evaluated, and the result of the test is presented.
