为了解决电子政务系统中各种异构的J2EE应用系统的集成,提高政府各部门之间协作能力,提出政府公共总线(Gov-ernment Common Bus)这一架构,该架构采用较为成熟的SOAP,XML,WSDL等Web服务技术。
