摘要
目的:建立同时测定清热明目茶(决明子、菊花等)中大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:以DiamonsilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为固定相,乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相,在0到20min,乙腈量从70%上升到85%,检测波长为254nm,流速1mL/min。结果:3种成分分离良好,大黄素,大黄酚,大黄素甲醚进样量分别在范围5.335~213.4ng,9.075~363.0ng和4.688—187.5ng线性关系良好,3种化合物的加样回收率分别为98.9%,104.0%和101.4%。结论:本法简单、快捷、适合于测定清热明目茶中大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的含量。
AIM: To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneously determining three major compounds in Qingre Mingmu Tea (Semen Cassiae, Flos crysanthemi, etc) , namely emodin, chrysophanol and physcion with UV detection wavelength at 254 nm. METHODS: The column was Diamonsil Cls (250 mm×4.6 mm i. d, 5μm). The separation was carried out with a gradient program. a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and suitable for the determination of three compounds in Qingre Mingmu Tea.
