摘要
记录7名左颞叶癫痫病人和9名正常人在四种实验条件下的事件相关电位:(1)听觉脑干诱发电位,(2)红色闪光刺激,(3)陌生人噪音识别,(4)陌生人面孔识别。实验结果发现,两组被试在视觉信息加工中无差异,在噪音识别中病人的N150和P300波潜伏期大于正常人,表明其复杂听觉认知功能受到影响。红色闪光刺激和噪音识别条件下,病人的P100波幅大于正常人,说明病人对强刺激的物理强度有较高的反应水平。
Event - related potentials (ERPs ) were recorded from 7 patients with left temporal epilepsy and 9 agematched controls, while four paradigms were employed: 1) auditory brain stem Responses (ABRs ), 2)simple visual evoked potentials (VEPs), 3) ERPs of voice discrimination (VDEPs ), 4)ERPs of face discrimination (FDEPs ). The results revealed that there was no difference between the two groups on ABRs and FDEPs. However, the patients showed prolonged N150 and P300 latency on VDEPs. The findings on ERPs supported the conclusiori of neuropsychological test investigation t'. at left temporal epilypsy impaired the complicated auditory cognitive ability. In addition,the P100 amplitude on VEPs and VDEPs of patients were greater than that of the controls,which suggested that the patients had difficulty in adapting to the strong stimulus intensity.
